#1 Built Quality
Be it any category product from Samsung, be it a smartphone or a washing machine, the built quality is great. There is no panel squeaking or wobbling body. It’s a strong unit.

Both of these things are non-existent in Samsung’s fully washing machine.
#5 Fully Customisable App Controls
Samsung’s SmartThings app is great. It has so many features including the electricity consumption status!
It will let you know the KW usage that you can convert based on your city electricity rates for every wash or monthly consumption.
You can create your washing schedule and modes based on the clothes you are washing like woolen, cotton, delicate, etc.
Once that is done, you can send the session from your phone to the washing machine, but someone will need to press the start button on the machine.
While we are at it, the app only works with a 2.4 GHz network and not the 5 GHz band.
#6 Feature Loaded Washing Machine
You do not necessarily need the app, the washing machine features many features too!
The left first button is the on/off button. Which just needs to be pressed one time, and the machine will make some noise and get ready.
Then comes the Washing Cycles which changes mode which is highlighted in the red box above. Pressing it makes an alert noise and you will see the switch between the modes including Normal washing, Quick Wash, Delicates, Bedding, Hygiene Steam, Jeans, Energy Savings, Rinse + Spin, Eco Tub Clean, and Downloaded section.

This washing machine is very silent. As per the paper spec, it’s 75 dB. I remember how loud and unpleasant the Semi-Automatic we had. We always avoided using it after the evening!
Also, the drums of the semi-automatic are not silent by design. They bang around the surface many times and if you are one of those who wash clothes at night or when you get time be ready to wake your nabours too! Get this fully automatic machine and stay silent.

Over the last year, this machine asked for service. TBH we bought it from Croma and that experience was smooth for buying and not for service even though we paid for extended service to Croma.

#1 You Need Best Water System
if you are placing the washing machine on higher floors you will need pressure water. Since the capacity is 10 KG, it can take 20 to 40 mins to fill the tank.
And depending upon the mode of wash selection it will flush and re-consume water 2 to 3 times. So you will need good amounts of water and pressure.
If the flow is low or not enough pressure you can also see a 4C error which is also expressed with 3 beeps. It is one of the many reasons.
#2: The Rounds Take Time
Depending upon the load or clothes, it takes anywhere between 2 hours plus time for 2 rinses, 15 mins wash, and spin. For the best results, play around with the Samsung Connect app and make the necessary changes.
I have found my time-saving and best results washing output. If you are washing regular clothes irrespective of the units of clothing, you can make the following changes.
Don’t change the water levels let it be set automatically. You can reduce or increase the wash duration, rinse, and spin.
Wash duration is shown as a bar of 6 mins. Just multiply with 6 a maximum of 3 times. That will give you wash minutes. For rinse and spin two bars are fine. With this setting, you will save more than an hour.
#3 Locks The Door During Operations
For safety reasons, Samsung top load machines lock the door handle. What does that mean? It means you will not be able to put or remove clothes or add detergent or liquid.
To overrule it, press the pause button on the control panel. Once the changes or additions are done, press the play button.
However, if the electricity is gone you would need to wait for the door to open. If your phone is paired using the Samsung app then you could possibly unlock the door.

#1: Clean the filters every week:
Make it as a reminder on your iPhone or Android and do not skip this. Failing to do this will result in a faulty filter water will not be acceptable and 4C error will come.
Cleaning both the filter is very easy you just need a toothbrush and some water. Rinse thoroughly.
#2: Do not avoid the clean tank auto-selection:
Once a week or as per a load of washing sessions, you will see an auto selection of tank cleaning. Do not avoid it by turning off the machine and restarting it!
This will go on for about 3 hours and it will need a good water supply as well. So keep that in mind.
Note: during this time the machine will not have any clothes just water no detergent either.
#3: Never close the water outlet hose:
If you don’t know, a fully automatic washing machine needs 1 dedicated water inlet and IT MUST STAY ON ALL THE TIME.
This does not mean it consumes water all the time. It is just to confirm that whenever someone uses the machine the water will come instead of errors!
It might sound silly but this even happened to us and we panicked within a week of the 4C error and it turned out the water outlet was closed by someone!
